This home is founded on this Scripture “Luke 1:78 through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the day-spring from on high hath visited us,” It is based in the rural areas of Busia county. This home is in process of being established to have its own land and requisite facilities for women at high risk and children welfare. It is currently being hosted temporarily in a widower’s home. On completion this home will extend care, love and compassion to more than 150 kids and over 50 women.

Donor care officer
The Donor Care Officer will play a crucial role in cultivating strong relationships with our donors. You will be responsible for ensuring that donors feel valued, appreciated, and connected to our organization. Your primary objective is to provide excellent donor care, improve donor retention, and contribute to the overall success of our fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors through effective communication and engagement.
- Acknowledge and thank donors for their contributions promptly and personally.
- Manage donor inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to create personalized donor stewardship plans.
- Organize and coordinate donor appreciation events, such as thank-you dinners and recognition programs.
- Keep accurate and updated donor records in the organization’s database.
- Prepare donor reports and provide data analysis to support fundraising strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create donor-centered communication materials.
