Beyond The Pews For Life Africa Maintains The Belief That Education Is Crucial In Ensuring A Community’s Growth And Success.

BTPLA supports informal K-12 schools in Rural remote areas by providing them with educational supplies, teacher salaries, and building maintenance (such as heaters and even solar panels) so students continue having access to quality schooling. For communities with access to formal schools, BTPLA subsidizes school tuition costs and provides scholarships.

By donating to our education initiative, you will be providing students with access to schooling and supplies to ensure they achieve academically and continue to develop towards becoming independent adults who can enrich their families and communities. Your donation towards our K-12 appeal will help build schools in struggling communities and help the unprivileged regain hope for a better future as well as help heal a broken world.

BTPLA is currently providing higher education academics to students in slums and Rural remote areas and with your support we can provide to more needy. BTPLA has sponsored 2 universities, 18 institutes, and 28 colleges in Kenya and Uganda.

Beyond The Pews For Life Africa’ orphan sponsorship program is designed to guarantee the well-being of each child in our care. Our sponsorship program stands out from others in that we provide children in our care with extensive support, including food, clothing, healthcare services, education, school supplies, psychological support, recreational activities, and even parental education for their widowed mothers – all for just $60/month. You can also choose to sponsor an orphan and their siblings, to ensure every child in the family is provided for. Our program guarantees orphans the opportunity to thrive and grow into empowered, educated, and dedicated members of their community.

With millions of school-aged children in underserved communities across Africa lacking access to formal education, we make it our goal to provide this necessity to as many as possible in every country we work in.

BEYOND THE PEWS FOR LIFE AFRICA MAINTAINS THE BELIEF THAT EDUCATION IS CRUCIAL IN ENSURING A COMMUNITY’S GROWTH AND SUCCESS.

With your donation, we provide educational programs and support to children in IDPs camps, refugee camps etc who did not have access to education beforehand. We alleviate the obstacles for children in underprivileged communities and empower them to educate themselves to become future community leaders. A community’s wellbeing starts with a child, and a child’s wellbeing starts with their education.

Our Youth and Adolescent Empowerment Program is also a way in which we provide child protection.

The youth enrolled in this program participate in training workshops, private projects, and entrepreneurship clubs to conduct research and engage in activities which facilitate their access to the labor market. BTPLA also provides financial support and advising to help beneficiaries in this program develop successful plans for their educational aspirations.

You can provide a scholarship for an orphan to attend college for a year.

Education is vital to a child’s well-being and development.

Our team ensures children in our care are given new pencils, pens, backpacks, notebooks, water bottles and any additional tools to facilitate their learning. We also provide school supplies kits to teachers, which include a teacher’s bag, markers, folders and stationery sets to enable them to educate to the best of their ability.
